Jen Collins, ANP

I am Jen Collins, Nurse Practitioner – owner of You’re Beautiful Aesthetics PLLC.

I have my upbringing to thank for my tenacious work ethic and life values. I am originally from Iowa, where I grew up on a farm. My loving parents brought me up in a Christian home and had me out in the fields and tending to the animals at a young age. I loved every minute of growing up with my 3 siblings in a small community where you knew and trusted your neighbors.

My nursing major wasn’t chosen right away, but in my heart, I always knew it was my calling. After graduating, I decided to go out and explore the world, as I always had that itch to branch out. Kansas City was my first adventure, working at St. Luke’s in the Cardiac Transplant Unit. I wasn’t quite done exploring, so I continued my path as a travel nurse in Washington DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Denver, and Phoenix. In each city I gained a vast amount of cultural, career and priceless life experience while meeting lifelong friends.

I received my adult and geriatric nurse practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2013 while living in Arizona and working at Mayo Clinic. I owe my primary care and hormone knowledge to DeRosa Medical where I studied as a student and continued employment for 6 years under incredible mentors. My aesthetic career began in 2017, training at National Laser Institute. I pride myself on artist detail and safety. I strive to keep my patients looking natural and feeling great about themselves. As a medical director, former aesthetics trainer, and business owner, I am always striving to learn and keep up on the latest and greatest in anti-aging to better serve my patients.

I am an active member of AmSpa (American Medspa Association), A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine), and AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners).

When I’m not in the office, I am enjoying my daughter Mia, involving myself in my church, keeping active outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Jessica Kesler-Kline

Front Desk

Jessica has been with YBA for over 3 years and loves it! She is the glue (and the friendly face) that keeps the front office running smoothly. Jessica is incredibly passionate about making sure patients feel comfortable and welcome. When she isn’t checking in patients, managing paperwork and running YBA marketing and promotions for YBA, she enjoys hiking, road tripping, country line dancing, traveling, baking…or hitting up Disney cruises.

Christina Johansen, ANP-C

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Christina is committed to partnering with her patients and creating individualized plans of care to support their unique needs, wants, and goals. She has an extreme appreciation for the benefits and positive impact that hormone therapy can have for men and women and she has a desire to help individuals achieve their aesthetic goals through enhancing their natural beauty and providing them the best clinical outcomes.

Christina obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner program from Grand Canyon University. She has been in medicine for 15 years, collectively.

Prior to joining YBA, Christina worked as an inpatient nurse at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Arizona in the transplant unit, as well as step-down ICU. After earning her Nurse Practitioner license, she was fortunate to be trained by Dr. DeRosa in bioidentical hormone therapy for men and women, as well as thyroid management. She brought that experience to her next endeavor in Fort Collins, CO., where she helped open a state-of-the-art urgent care center for the largest family practice in the city, and later managed care for City of Fort Collins employees and their dependents.

Christina is an active American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) member.

While not in clinic, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their twins.
